*Job Description*

  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing the entire lifecycle of light industrial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations on-site.
  • Work closely with project superintendents to establish project priorities, ensure adherence to schedules, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project costs, track budgets, and assist in preparing financial reports to ensure alignment with project estimates.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager and team to maintain and enforce high safety standards across all projects.
  • Assist in client meetings, providing project updates and addressing any concerns or changes that arise during construction.
  • Facilitate strong communication and teamwork between superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.

*Ideal Candidate*

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Construction Management or a related field, with previous experience in light industrial, commercial, or industrial construction preferred.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in construction technology and project management software, including experience reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
