*Job Description*

  • Assisting the Superintendent and project managers in overseeing the construction process from groundbreaking to completion.
  • Managing daily site operations, including safety inspections, work progress, and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
  • Supporting the coordination and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Monitoring job site safety by enforcing OSHA standards and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborating with the Superintendent to ensure construction quality standards are met, resolving on-site issues efficiently.
  • Helping to maintain comprehensive records of job site activities, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders.
  • Participating in project close-out activities such as punch list completion, final inspections, and site demobilization.

*Ideal Candidate*

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, with a preference for mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with ground-up construction, supporting all aspects of the build process.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively with both internal teams and subcontractors.
  • OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) with a commitment to upholding a safe working environment.
  • Experience assisting on projects valued at $5M or more is a plus.
