*Job Description*
- Lead and oversee commerical construction projects from pre-construction to completion
- Manage project administration teams and collaborate with site superintendents to establish priorities
- Ensure project costs, schedules, and quality control align with company expectations
- Address challenges related to site conditions, logistics, labor, and materials
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards, working closely with the Safety Manager
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, and change orders
*Ideal Candidate*
- 5+ years of experience in commerical construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Deep understanding of sitework, concrete, steel structures, MEP systems, and industrial buildouts
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication skills with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams
*What We Offer*
- Base salary between $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus, typically ranging from $8,000 - $15,000 in the first year
