*Job Description*

  • Lead and oversee commerical construction projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Manage project administration teams and collaborate with site superintendents to establish priorities
  • Ensure project costs, schedules, and quality control align with company expectations
  • Address challenges related to site conditions, logistics, labor, and materials
  • Maintain compliance with all safety standards, working closely with the Safety Manager
  • Develop strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFI logs, submittals, and change orders

*Ideal Candidate*

  • 5+ years of experience in commerical construction 
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Deep understanding of sitework, concrete, steel structures, MEP systems, and industrial buildouts
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent communication skills with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams

*What We Offer*

  • Base salary between $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus, typically ranging from $8,000 - $15,000 in the first year
